14. If the Purchaser requires unique packaging in relation to the Item it must be concurred to in writing between the Buyer and the Seller, and the cost of the same is to the Purchaser's account and appropriately will be consisted of in the Purchase Cost. If the Seller fails to include the expense of unique packaging in the Purchase Cost the Buyer should pay to the Seller such expenses on demand.
Where installation is included in the contract the provision of a clear working site and adequate access will be the responsibility of the purchaser. We reserve the right to make an assessment of the working location, and to delay proceeding to website at no penalty to the Seller if insufficient gain access to or centers exist 16.

21. The Purchaser will pay the Seller instantly. If the Purchaser stops working to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notice, keep shipment of any more Product to the Purchaser and may terminate, without liability to the Buyer, any or all surviving agreements between the Seller and the Buyer.
If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller might charge interest on the amount payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank costs rate relevant on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Cost is not inclusive of goods and services tax, unless otherwise defined in composing.
